Auto Body & Collision Repair Web Development
A premium, server rendered website for a Philadelphia body shop, built to turn visitors into estimate requests rather than phone calls.
Visit Performance Auto Collision
Performance Auto Collision is a collision repair and refinishing shop in Philadelphia. The site presents the full service range, collision repair, auto painting, dent removal, frame straightening, bumper repair, insurance claims, detailing, and glass replacement, around a simple promise: precision repairs, factory results.
A six step insurance claims guide, an FAQ, and customer reviews handle the questions that usually take a phone call, and a sticky mobile bar keeps Call and Estimate one thumb away.
Most body shop websites are dated templates that undersell the work. A shop can do factory quality repairs and still look, online, like the cheapest option on the block.
Performance Auto Collision needed a digital presence that matches the quality of its repairs, answers the insurance claim questions customers actually have, and converts visitors into estimate requests instead of just listing a phone number and hoping.
FIWB Solutions built a fast, server rendered marketing site with a premium dark identity: bold display typography, a photography led layout, and a signature red on carbon black. Every page funnels toward an online estimate request that lands directly in the shop's inbox, with the customer set as the reply to address so an advisor can answer without copying anything out.
We designed the site around the two moments that decide whether a body shop wins the job: the first impression, and the estimate request.
The first is handled by a visual identity that looks nothing like a template. The second by a low friction form, vehicle details, damage description, preferred contact method, hardened on both sides of the wire. The same schema validates in the browser and again on the server, so a request that skips the form entirely is still rejected. A honeypot field and per instance rate limiting sit in front of the mail send, and the send itself goes through a server side connector so the mail credentials never reach the browser.
The insurance claims page was treated as content, not filler. Six numbered steps walk a customer from the accident through inspection, repair, quality check, and delivery, which is the conversation the shop was otherwise having on the phone every time.
The estimate form is the product. Everything else on the site exists to get a customer to it and to make them trust the shop before they fill it in. It is validated twice, protected by a honeypot and a rate limit, and delivered as a branded email with the customer already set as the reply to, so answering is one click rather than a copy and paste into a separate mail client.
The shop now has a digital presence that sells craftsmanship before the first phone call.
Estimate and contact requests arrive as branded emails with the customer's details ready to reply to. The insurance claims page walks customers through the process step by step, which takes a recurring conversation off the phone. Every page ships server rendered with its own title, description, and canonical, and the shop is marked up as an AutoBodyShop with a postal address so it can compete in local search.
A body shop website that works like a service advisor: it sells the craftsmanship, explains the insurance process, and turns interest into estimate requests.
