This Cookie Policy explains what FIWB Solutions LLC ("FIWB Solutions," "we," "our," or "us") stores in your browser or on your device, and why, across the three places we operate:
"Cookies" here means cookies and anything that works like one: browser local storage, session storage, on-device storage in an app, and the identifiers that analytics tools keep in them. Every item below is one we have verified in our own code. If something is not listed, we do not set it.
This Cookie Policy is part of our Privacy Policy, which explains everything else we do with information. Section 6 of the Privacy Policy summarizes this page; where the two differ, this page is the more detailed and current description.
Analytics on fiwbsolutions.com is controlled by a consent gate that runs before anything else on the page. It is the only thing that can load Google Analytics, and nothing analytics-related is written into the page's HTML.
We estimate your region from the timezone your browser reports, not from your IP address, so no geolocation vendor is involved in deciding whether we may measure you. Because a timezone is only an estimate, the gate is built to ask rather than assume: if your browser reports a timezone that names no place at all (for example "UTC", which privacy-hardened browsers such as Tor Browser report), or one we do not recognize, you are treated as needing to opt in and you will see the banner.
Changing your mind. The "Cookie Settings" link in the footer reopens the choice at any time, from anywhere in the world, including after you have accepted. If you withdraw, analytics stops loading from that point on. To ask us to delete data collected before you withdrew, use the contact details in Section 8.

That is the only storage the website itself writes. No functional cookie, no session cookie, and no preference beyond the consent choice exists on the public site. In particular, our form pages hold what you type only in the page you are on; nothing is written to storage between pages.
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, measurement ID G-QBC124TS5L. It loads a script from googletagmanager.com and sets:

Through these, Google collects the pages you view and in what order, how long you spend on each, the site or search engine that referred you, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the events we have configured, which are the confirmation pages reached after a contact message, a demo request, or a booked call. We do not send the contents of any form to Google.
We have enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Google Signals. Where you are signed in to a Google account with Ads Personalization turned on, Google may supply us with aggregated age range, gender and interest categories, and may count visits from your different devices once rather than several times. To do this, Google Analytics also contacts stats.g.doubleclick.net, a Google advertising domain, which may read or set Google's own advertising cookies on that domain under Google's privacy policy. We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or ad-network trackers of our own, and we do not build advertising audiences from analytics. What we receive is reporting, not an audience we can target.
Google is the only third party that stores anything in your browser on fiwbsolutions.com. Our fonts are self-hosted, we embed no third-party frames or widgets, and the forms send their contents by direct request to the processors named in the Privacy Policy without loading any script from them.
The Client Portal is a private application for invited clients and FIWB staff. No analytics, advertising, or tracking technology runs on it, and we set no cookies there. It uses browser storage for the following, all of which exist so the application can work:

The portal is marked "noindex" for search engines and sends every page with a "no-store" cache instruction, so nothing about your account lingers in a shared browser's page cache after you close it.
The app is the Client Portal on a phone. It contains no analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising software of any kind and does not read any advertising or device identifier. It stores the following on your device:

Push notification tokens, permissions, and the camera and photo access the app can request are described in Section 3.F of the Privacy Policy.
Some links on our sites lead to third parties: our social profiles, and the websites of clients featured in our portfolio. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies once you arrive there. Nothing on our pages loads content from them beforehand.
Booking a call through fiwbsolutions.com is handled on our own page. Our server talks to Cal.com on your behalf; Cal.com's website is not embedded and sets nothing in your browser through us. The confirmation and reschedule emails Cal.com sends may contain links to Cal.com pages, which are covered by Cal.com's own cookie policy.
If none of these work for you, contact us and we will act on your request directly.
We will update this Cookie Policy when what we store changes, and revise the "Last Updated" date when we do. The website's own code is checked by automated tests against this page, so a new cookie or storage key cannot ship on fiwbsolutions.com without this page being updated to name it.
